Bohemia - Located in the heart of Europe, the area is rich in culture, silver and imposing castles. The death of his beloved ruler Charles the IV plunged the kingdom into dark times: war, corruption and discord ruptured this jewel of the Holy Roman Empire.

Wenceslas, one of Charles's sons, was appointed his successor. In contrast to his father, he is a naive, immoderate and less ambitious monarch. Sigismund the Red Fox - Wenceslas half-brother and King of Hungary - senses its weakness. Pretending good intentions, Sigismund travels to Bohemia and abducts his half-brother. Without a king, Bohemia is at the mercy of Sigismund, who plunders the empire on its raids and seizes its treasures.

In the midst of this chaos you represent Heinrich, the son of a blacksmith. Your peaceful life comes to an abrupt end as a horde of mercenaries - hired by King Sigismund himself - burns down your village. By fortunate circumstances you are one of the few survivors of this massacre.

Deprived of your home, your family, and your future, you end up in the service of Mr. Radzig Kobyla, who forms a resistance to the invaders. Involved by fate in this
bloody civil war, you fight for the future of Bohemia.
